CIUFOLI offers you the possibility to personalise your jewellery by engraving a word, or a unique and symbolic message.
It is not possible to engrave on black gold creations.
Service offered within 3 months from the purchase date.
POLISHING
Your jewellery lives and accompanies you in your daily life, they can therefore take on a patina and scratch with time. CIUFOLI proposes you with a polishing service.
Nevertheless, this action is not inconsequential, and it is advised to limit the number of polishings in the life of your jewellery creation to preserve its integrity.

ADJUSTMENTS
CIUFOLI offers you the possibility of adjusting our creations according to your needs and our models.
Some jewellery pieces, due to their aesthetic and creation, cannot be adjusted.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

This Return Policy ("Return Policy") governs the sale of products by GC Luxury P/L ("CIUFOLI" or "We") to any customer ("You") who wishes to order and purchase our products through our official website or any other authorised sales channels (collectively referred to as "the Website"). Please carefully read and understand this policy before making a purchase.
- Return Policy Overview
a) CIUFOLI does not allow returns for refund. However, we offer exchanges and credit notes for eligible products within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of product receipt, subject to the conditions specified in this policy.
b) Products that have been personalised at your request, such as engraved, resized, or embossed items, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Exchanges and Credit Notes
a) To request an exchange or credit note, please contact our customer service department by phone or email, providing your name, address, and order number. Our customer service team will acknowledge receipt of your request and provide further instructions.
b) All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and returned in their original packaging. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control process before being accepted. Products that have been customised or show signs of wear, damage, tampering, or missing security labels will not be eligible for exchange or credit.
c) Accepted returns will be eligible for an exchange with a product of equal or greater value, subject to availability. If the desired product is of higher value, the price difference will be charged to you. CIUFOLI does not exchange products for items of lesser value.
d) In the case of credit notes, the credited amount can be used towards future purchases from CIUFOLI. Credit notes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Return Shipping
a) If your return is accepted, CIUFOLI will provide a return label and cover the cost of return shipping. Please follow the provided instructions for returning the product to our designated customer service centre.
b) If you choose to return the products by your own means and at your own expense, we recommend using a registered post or any other traceable method to record the date of dispatch. Please ensure that the package is adequately insured against loss or theft for the value of its contents. CIUFOLI cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of products returned using customer-provided shipping methods.
- Product Depreciation
a) You may be held liable for any depreciation in the value of the product due to handling that does not comply with the preservation of its quality, characteristics, and proper functioning.
b) CIUFOLI reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned product and determine the extent of any depreciation in value.
- Gifts
a) Recipients of gifts are entitled to an exchange of equal or greater value only. If the purchased product is returned for an exchange, you will not be charged for the shipping cost of the second shipment.
